ACCESS & DATA

The right access.
The right context.

OrigFlow’s current application design scopes access to the Company, the customer, and the Workflow permissions assigned to the user. Here is what that means in practice.

Controls built into
the application journey.

This page describes implemented product controls. Production hosting, operating procedures, retention requirements, and any contractual commitments should be confirmed for your deployment.

Company scope.

Company application endpoints check Company membership and scope access to that Company. Customer application access is scoped to the signed-in customer.

Workflow grants.

Assigned Company user types and saved Workflow grants determine permitted application and document sections and review actions.

Protected records.

Saved generic form responses are encrypted. Document files use private encrypted storage and authenticated downloads in the current implementation.

Recorded actions.

Workflow action history records the actor, action, item, status changes, and optional note. Review decisions remain connected to their application.

We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other independent certifications on this website. Hosting architecture, contractual requirements, and operational controls can be discussed during evaluation.
