Configure your Product Offering.
Choose a product category and an offering template. Configure predefined application sections, custom fields, and predefined or custom documents. Set labels, required items, and application numbering.
The setup belongs to that Product, so different offerings can collect different information.
Give customers a place to start.
Customers choose an available offering in your Company portal, begin an application, and save their progress as they go.
Application content is tied to the saved version used at the start, preserving its original requirements.
Bring the evidence together.
Customers upload the supporting documents required by the Product. Files stay connected to their matching requirements.
Configured required and optional items appear under clearly labelled document sections.
Let the right people act.
Company users see the sections and actions their current Workflow grants allow. Reviewers can approve, decline, or request a correction.
Access is based on assigned user types. A separately submitted status is not required for a granted action.
Keep the conversation in context.
Record optional notes against individual sections or documents. Customers can see updates and make requested corrections.
