When you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, Company name, topic, optional message, and confirmation that you agree to be contacted about the enquiry. We also record when the enquiry was received and a unique reference for it.
How the information is used
The website team uses these details to respond to your questions, arrange a product walkthrough, understand your requirements, and maintain a record of the conversation. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Storage and email
Website enquiries are saved in private records on the website’s server. When email delivery is configured, a notification is sent to sales@origflow.com through the configured mail service. Access to enquiry records is intended for authorised website operators handling follow-up and administration.
Technical information
The web server may record technical request information such as an IP address, request path, time, and response status for operation and troubleshooting. The enquiry endpoint uses temporary request-rate information to limit repeated submissions.
Cookies and analytics
If configured, this website uses Google Analytics 4 only after you accept optional analytics. It measures page visits and successful walkthrough requests using cookies and similar technologies. We do not send your name, email address, company name, or message to Analytics. Google processes analytics data under its own terms. You can reject analytics or change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Search Console is used to understand how the website appears in Google Search and does not add tracking code to your visit. Interactive product illustrations keep their state only for the current page session and do not save customer records.
Retention and your requests
Contact us to ask about the information held for your enquiry, request a correction, or request deletion. Include the email address used in the original enquiry so we can identify the relevant record. We may need to confirm that a request relates to your information before acting on it.
Enquiry records are kept for follow-up and business administration until they are deleted by the website operator. Deployment-specific log rotation, backup, and retention settings should be confirmed with the team if you need more detail.
The separate OrigFlow platform
Customer applications, uploaded documents, Company accounts, and Workflow records belong to the separately operated OrigFlow platform. The information shown in this website’s product illustrations is synthetic. Product data handling and service terms need to be agreed for the relevant platform deployment.
